Prices Phone Orders Paid by Charge Card. We accept Master card, Visa and American Express. Please have your order ready. Be prepared to give quantity, catalog number, description and price. All charge card orders can be made using our toll-free 800 number 800-392-4653. Please do not call the Toll Free Numbers for any other purpose except to place orders, as these lines are limited and must be reserved for this purpose. For technical or shipping advice, please call 818-993-0411.

Phone Orders Paid by Check or Bank Transfer. Ask for the Sales Department. Please be prepared to give salesman the sales information mentioned above. If you have difficulty deciding what you want to order, ask the salesman for technical assistance and he will be pleased to assist.

Mail orders. Include page number, catalog number, description and price for each item ordered. Orders with shipping charges that are not prepaid will be sent freight collect. See our order blank to estimate your shipping charges. Print your name, address, ZIP code and daytime phone number when ordering.

C.O.D. Policy. All "Cash On Delivery Orders" in California are limited to $100.00. All out of state orders are limited to $50.00. All C.O.D. orders must be payable in cash, no checks accepted.

Layaway Orders. We welcome your layaway orders on most items in our catalog. We require at least 25% deposit to establish layaways. All layaways must be paid in full within 90 days, in order to guarantee original sales price.

Sales Tax. California residents please add sales tax to your order. Please note current tax rate on order form.

Foreign Orders. All foreign orders require payment in full by cash, checks drawn on a U.S. Bank, wire transfer or bank transfer
