Convert your 97 model "Jet Flare Sluice Box" into an improved fine gold recovery system with a double sluice conversion kit. Increase your sluicing capacity and classify to 3/16 of an inch. This is available only in a single 3", 4", 5" and 6 inch "Jet Flare Sluice", to accommodate the drop box kit. To insure the compatibility to the drop box kit, make sure that jet flare sluice is the newer model and has the rolled top edges.

DREDGE INTO A 4 INCH DREDGE
With the New & Improved 4 inch Submersible Dredging Tube (SDT4) and the submersible dredge (SS4). The same engine and pump that drives the 2.5" dredge can also power the Submersible dredging tubes. The 4" Submersible dredging tube moves up to three times more material material than a 2.5" surface dredge. A Submersible Dredging Tube requires about 1/3 less horsepower than a surface dredge of the same size. It is extremely light for its size and easy to backpack. Submersible dredging tubes generally are not known for fine gold recovery. However, this new model is equipped with a longer recovery tray that greatly improves the fine gold recovery and is also ideal for moving large amounts of gravel fast and easy.

Stage#1 Recovers 90% of all visible gold in the primary recovery riffles. This section can be removed independently, reducing the clean up time. We recommend that stage one be cleaned once a day and other stages may be cleaned as little as once a week. Included is a new black rubber ribbed matting mounted on a plate for easy removal and fast identification of values.
New longer rubber damper for more even material distribution.Stage #2 Secondary recovery of coarse gold. This final recovery system is designed to capture any gold that was tied up with clays in hard packed material. This riffle works very well because it does not pack with black sand. Stage #3 Allows fine material to enter lower section & protects it from high velocity water, providing super fine recovery of gold and black sand. This section creates a low pressure area at the end of the primary recovery system that drops the 1/8" minus out of the main box . |
