ELECTROSTATIC CONCENTRATION: High velocity air passes through the concentrator which generates an Electrostatic Charge. This statically attracts gold and other metalliferous values.

AIR SEPARATION: Lighter waste material is held in suspension on a cushion of air allowing it to pass over the riffles as tailings. The heavier gold bearing material is collected in the removable recovery tray.

ADJUSTABLE OSCILLATING VIBRATION:

The new improved oscillating vibration system creates increased vibration and air flow at lower engine speeds. Improves fine gold recovery especially in damp ground conditions.

HOT AIR INDUCTION: Hot air from the engine is ducted into the radial blower preheating both the air and concentrator approximately 50 degrees above ambient temperature making it possible to process higher capacity of damp gravel and increases the "Electro Static Charge". This hot air transfer lets the engine operate much cooler extending engine life.

NEW GIANT HOPPER: The new improved larger hopper has more holding capacity and steeper sides that eliminate material build up. New clip design quick connectors that suspend the sluice provide easier assembly and transmits more vibration to the hopper, for an improved metered feed into the recovery tray.

Principle's of Fine Gold Recovery

1. Air Gravity Separation: The material is placed in suspension by the blowing action of the bellows passing air up through the cloth. The heavier material settles first and becomes trapped behind the riffles.

2. Vibration Concentration: The vibration from the crank action and bellows assist in settling the heavy values quickly.

LARGE HOPPER:

The oversized marlex hopper with an adjustable flow control gate provides an even flow of material, increases capacity and improves recovery.

HIGH PRODUCTION DUAL ACTION RIFFLE:
